Feminist Educational Media (FEM) fills the void of educational materials about, for and by women and how to do grassroots organizing. FEM recognizes the need to train tomorrow’s leaders today by providing educational materials such as documentary DVD’s, still photos, and books. FEM’s first documentary, Voices from the Street: Countdown to a March exemplifies our focus to encourage and educate activists and students. Voices provides a rare behind the scenes look at organizing in social justice organizations. Voices is designed for grassroots organizers as well as women’s studies, sociology, political science and history departments.

Services provided by FEM:

• Creating learning materials on how to do grassroots organizing and for Women's Studies. classes
• Production of documentary/academic films and books.
• Events photography for use in publicity or historical record.
• Advertising shorts to introduce your organization or business to prospective members or clients
